Join us for the first of three Art Salon Talks as part of the Millennium Arts Salon’s Ten Artists for Ten Years exhibition at the Charles Sumner School Museum and Archives, on Wednesday, November 3rd, from 6 pm – 8 pm, at 17th & M Streets, NW, Washington, DC . The exhibition is on view until December 15th.
The topic of the first Salon is focused on how art has evolved in Washington, DC during the last ten years. The discussion will focus on the artist’s perspective of their own work as well as the DC Art Scene in general.
Artists participating in this talk include: Billy Colbert, Doris Colbert Kennedy, Victor Ekpuk, and Anne Marchand. Sharon J. Burton, curator of the Ten Artists for Ten Years exhibition will serve as moderator.
